Identity theft is illegal and it’s one of the biggest crimes on the Internet. Stealing someones name, face and indentity is against the law. Gregory Pearson pays girls to chat with unsuspecting victims who think they are chatting and communicating with a woman who is honest and sincere. All of this is happening while authorites close in on the scam.

Russian Love Match, Hot Russian Brides, Gregory Pearson and all the people who work for Mr Pearson and I-Pay Global in Florida and at all the so called Marriage Agencies and Boiler rooms around the world are getting closer to the end of the road minute by minute. If you have paid any money for any services to these web sites, demand a full refund from the company immediately for all monies paid and file a consumer complaint at the address below. There are many court cases pending now.

Gregory Pearson and his company, I-Pay Global, has been commiting fraud by stealing from men and women around the world for years. Millions have been spent on what amounts to false promises, fraud and identity theft.

Thousands of womens profiles listed on the Russian Love Match and Hot Russian Brides web sites are old and outdated. Most of these women no longer exist at any agency anywhere. The profiles are used by employees of I-Pay Global and hundreds of Marriage Agencies to defraud paying members of Russian Love Match and Hot Russian Brides. This is done by employees posing as the female in the photo and profile.

It is a well known fact that all computers at all Marriage Agencies are web cam enabled while at any given moment, less than thirty percent of the girls in chat say the don’t have a web cam. This is because the girl without the web cam on, is someone else. He or she is a paid employee in chat with as many as 5 men at a time just waiting for you to log into your account to get scammed again and again.

These web sites continue to scam unsuspecting victims day after day.  We get letters daily from men who have been scammed out of thousands.  The following  letter is more proof that even the interpreters that work at agencies, hate their jobs and aren’t afraid to talk to talk about all the dishonesty.

Perhaps they should change that to , The largest number of scammers listed. Why?, because when you have a look on the AFA website, under disclaimer, you will read, ‘ No background checks are performed on any of the women’. This why the scammers like AFA so much and attend their socials, because the women know you are going to be in their city for a day or three and then you are back home, but what the women want is to take up the opportunity to make arrangements for correspondence with you. In other words, the women will make out they are interested in the men, but their real intentions are to get you into writing letters.

Most tour companies gave up a long time ago. Well, actually, they didn’t give up, they just saw the writing on the wall. Companies who convince you to throw away your money on a tour and social are as crooked as Bernie Madoff. The fall of communism, lack of jobs and income, the terrible living conditions and a lot more, are all reasons why women wanted out of Russia and Ukraine. That was 18 years ago. Many things have changed since that time. Although many men traveled to these countries to find a women ready to jump on the next plane out of town, it’s much different in 2009.

Now, most women from Russia and Ukraine would never consider relocating to another country for any reason. Tours and socials have become nothing more than scammer magnets. Girls who go to them are paid to be there. They work for agencies and many times are threatened if they do not attend a social event.

Before you decide to waste your hard earned money to go on any tour and social with any company, do your homework. Read forums and speak with men who have attended recent socials. Ask them specific questions and compare them to what the snake oil salesmen are telling you.

which have alliances with some marriage agencies, mainly in Ukraine, but also in Colombia, Peru, Argentina and other Latin countries. These agencies engage women, who are as much in want of one job as in want of a husband, and translators, to partake in this trick. The translator (male or female) is confided the task of idling men with a chat of coquetry while the young woman is supposed only to smile at the video cam. The more time the tricked men idle in chat, the better. The more men the translator idles concurrently, the better. Both women and translators get a commission for it. The amount of this commission is unknown, but, for sure, risible, and this is maybe the worst. I worked in the agency of Medellin, Colombia, for almost one year, and I can state that girls worked without a covenant with their managers about the commission. They simply get one pay for chat, which is rather capricious or arbitrary, and one commission for gifts. To let you know how risible this pay is, I will mention the case of the girl with whom I was working for these last six months (from January to June of 2009). Her nickname is Sandgom. The Sandgom’s average is about 10 men daily. Every message in chat cost less than one dollar. The average of messages every man enter is about 100 a chat, which may amount to about 80 dollars. So, ten men chatting with us might have become a 800 dollars gain for the owner (or owners) of the “Dating Site” every day. But how much for Sandgom? As a daily average, she uses to get only 15 dollars.
As for the gifts, when one man orders flowers for one girl, the girl do not get the flowers but one little commission for them (about 10%). I can say the same about the other gifts, as candies, English lessons, and jewellery.

Of course, there are many suits against the “Dating Site”. How are they preventing themselves to get convicted? One of their stratagems is to make girls to swear in one video that they are in their respective agencies, not for money nor for gifts, but for their wanting one husband, which is wholly false, except for some little women.

Dream-Marriage Affiliate Fined 7000

In a six month long city wide crackdown of illegal so called Marriage Agencies, Nikolaev city officials have finally had enough. The largest Russian Love Match, Hot Russian Brides, Dream-Marriage and Anastasia web site affiliate in Nikolaev was recently fined 7000 grn. The complaints from men around the world who have been scammed by the illegal operations have skyrocketed over the past year. “We will shut down all of these illegal so-called Marriage Agencies” said one city official. While there are a few agencies who do have a license to operate a So-Called Marriage Agency legally, the majority operate illegally as non-profit organizations. This is done to hide from authorities and obtain grants and loans illegally.

Witnesses said authorities were pounding on the doors of these phony operations. Countless computers were being operated by girls in their early twenties while making money in chat, sex acts on web cams and letter writing. The biggest offending web site affiliates are Russian Love Match, Hot Russian Brides, Zolushka, Dream-Marriage and Anastasia-International.

These are just the tip of the iceberg. It’s a real shame these web sites and scamming agencies have decided to teach young girls how to steal and lie while stealing millions from unsuspecting victims around the world. These web sites claim to represent serious women for love and relationships. Agencies seek young girls through newspaper ads for work as chat girls and more. Girls are promised up to sixty percent of the money paid to the agency while being paid to keep men in chat.

Russian Love Match Lawsuit

DUNEDIN — Twice divorced, Robert Shaw was hoping the third time would be a charm.

Shaw, of Beaumont, Texas, said he spent $7,000 over three years to find a wife through www.hotrussian brides.com.

But the 57-year-old said nothing romantic ever materialized through the Dunedin-based online dating company.

So, Shaw aired his complaints where so many people do these days — on the Internet. He posted several comments questioning the legitimacy of the site on a blog — not his — that says the international matchmaking site, and others like it, are fraudulent.

Now the company that runs the dating site is suing Shaw. Not for the comments he posted, but because he failed to get them removed after he agreed to make every effort to do so.

The Web site, and another, www.russianlovematch.com, are subsidiaries of Romantic Tours, a Dunedin business owned by Gregory Pearson. Pearson, who owns a home in Palm Harbor, could not be reached for comment last week. His attorney Joseph Weissman declined to comment on the lawsuit.

In the suit, Pearson alleges Shaw breached his agreement to “exert all reasonable efforts” to have the comments wiped from the Web and even posted more negative comments, which Shaw promised he would not do. Pearson said he’s suffered as a result.

Shaw said everything went fine when he first signed up with www.hotrussian brides.com. He initially paid $30 a month in membership fees, plus additional money for “video chat credits” that allowed him to video-conference with Russian women.

The first red flag, he said, came when he sent some jewelry overseas as a gift to some of the women he had befriended. The envelope arrived, he said he was told, but it was empty.

Then, he said, he paid $175 for a packet on one of the women, “Marina 1000,” that was to include her address and phone number. But Shaw received only her e-mail address, he said.

That’s when Shaw starting combing the Internet for other complaints about www.hot russianbrides.com. He found plenty, he said.

According to the Web site, Russian women who use it are not paid. It says they prefer American men because they are “dissatisfied with Russian men.” It also says Russian women outnumber “eligible” Russian men 4 to 1, and that they seek American men who are more family-oriented than their Russian counterparts.

But Shaw said none of the women he spoke to seemed interested in a long-term relationship.

“Basically, I kept meeting ladies and they all said they wanted to commit, but they never would,” Shaw said. “They would keep you online and draw you out as long as they could so you’d use up your video chat credits.”

No complaints have been filed about the business through the Pinellas County Department of Consumer Protection, said Jason Ohman, senior consumer protection investigator.

Shaw admits he signed a contract in mid September that said he’d do his best to remove the negative comments and would refrain from posting more. In return, he’d be paid $2,500. Shaw said he agreed to it because he had said his piece and figured he could recoup some of the money he’d lost.

According to Shaw, he lived up to his end of the bargain by requesting the blog comments be taken down. It’s not his fault they weren’t, he said. When Romantic Tours didn’t pay him the $2,500, he posted more comments, he said.

“My viewpoint is Romantic Tours can’t suppress freedom of speech,” he said Wednesday.

Shaw, who works in marketing, has filed a countersuit against Pearson.

“I’ve been beat out of $7,000,” Shaw said. “I’m mad. I want my money back.”

Shaw said he’s still looking for Mrs. Right, but not through international dating sites.

“I have given up on foreign ladies entirely. I’m on Match.com now.”

Marriage Agencies Ukrainian Disgrace

Here is another example of so-called Marriage Agencies and their disrespect for people of all ages. The worst part is what agency managers teach the girls who are paid to scam innocent unsuspecting victims. The girls who work at agencies are shunned by anyone who knows them. The girls trained to steal have few friends except for the other scammers who work with them at agencies. Employee turnover is the worst of any business in Ukraine. The moral girls who realize how crooked the agency is don’t stay long. They rarely like to tell others about their experience and training as a scammer. The letter below is just one of the hundreds I have received over the past few months. I hope someone learns from it.

Well, I am tempted to write you a long letter telling you how ‘right’ you were but I do not necessarily want you to post it all over the web(although it might be a good idea), especially with my name on it(would be bad), but I will hold back, in case I decide to place it all in a book later, and I have a lot of juicy details of course.

It is bad over there as to how agencies are running a business to not only attract all ages of men to come to Odessa and Nikolaev, but to also keep them seeing women in so-called fantasy dating, with very attractive young women, who very well may know English as well as her interpreter, but would never reveal this fact, unless they were dating someone either very rich or very attractive or much younger, and would more likely to date someone from Ukraine over some foreigner they probably have no intention to ever marry anyway.

I even have had several former interpreters that have told me all of the ‘juicy’ details of just how fraudulent it is! And it is funny just how many interpreters there are on the ’site’ that are listed as Limited Beginners, when in fact they are pretty much Fluent in English, and are not single, but of course if you tell someone at the web site that, they will reply, “Well, I checked her passport, and I visibly saw that it shows the lady is still single!” Well, I guess that most of them are either whores, or just like to walk hand in hand one day with their boy friend, and the next day to attempt to extract as much money as possible from American/European men!

What a joke, and what a lack of character of women from a country that was very poor not long ago, and is probably heading that way not too far off in the future. But, I would hope for them that would not be the case, and I would hope that somehow they would look into reforming how these dating agencies are run over there. Good luck to them! I give up…lol.
